Carla Acosta, MD, MPH, CHES
Director, Medical Affairs and Licensing Operations
Carla is the primary coordinator for Licentiam’s health professional network. Carla is a medical doctor with her primary practice in tropical diseases. Carla obtained her MD degree at Universidad de Oriente, Venezuela graduating top 5 in her class. Carla is also a magna cum laude graduate from County College of Morris and completed her MPH at Montclair State University.
Jason Reed, PharmD, MBA

Jason’s experience includes finance, technology and operations with deep expertise in developing and implementing innovative compliance software for tracking and data management. Jason received his B.S. from Rutgers University School of Pharmacy graduating as class valedictorian, his Pharm.D. at the University of Florida graduating cum laude and his MBA at Rice University.
Rikin Mehta, PharmD, JD, LLM

Rikin has deep expertise in regulations for the healthcare industry. Rikin served as a former chief health regulator charged with directing all health professional and health facility licensing and enforcement. In this capacity, Rikin served as the executive director to the Board of Medicine, and managed executive functions for 19 licensing boards. Rikin received his B.S. from Rutgers, Pharm.D. from U. of Arkansas, J.D. from Rutgers Law and a LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.
